ABOUT
Cheryl Patton co-founded Clovercroft Welsh Ponies in 1989, re-branding as Clovermeade Welsh Ponies in 2004. She has been recognized as the USEF Pony Hunter Breeder of the Year seven times: in 2008, 2015, and 2019-2023.
With some spectacular young mares from Gayfield's Welsh Ponies and Rollingwood's Welsh Ponies and the addition of our foundation stallion, Cloe Olympian by Findelyn Blue Danube, our family developed a passion for breeding performance ponies who's athleticism is matched with a kind temperament.
